One possible cause of this issue is that your funds may have been sent as a refund to your credit card, Skrill, or Neteller account if you have made a deposit by one of these methods within the past 4 months.
Our Company reserves the right to execute a withdrawal request to the same bank, intermediary bank, and to the same account used by the client to make an initial or previous payment, regardless of the withdrawal method chosen or preferred by the client.
